1. Refunds: 
   •  GymX has a strict no refund policy. However, in the event that an error occurs on our part, we will gladly process a refund to the customer’s bank account. 
   • If GymX acknowledges a mistake from our side, customers are eligible for a refund. Such cases will be handled on an individual basis, and refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days. 
   • Customers must contact our customer support team at gymx.bauenad@gmail.com to report any errors or issues for consideration of a refund.
2. Membership Cancellation by GymX: 
   • GymX reserves the right to cancel a customer’s membership if it deems fit. This may occur in cases of violation of our terms of service, disruptive behaviour, or non-compliance with our gym rules and regulations. 
   • In the event that a customer’s membership is cancelled by GymX, a refund will be processed on a pro-rata basis. 
   • Refunds for membership cancellations initiated by GymX will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 5-7 working days.
3. Membership Cancellation by the Customer: 
   • If a customer wishes to cancel their membership voluntarily, they must provide a written notice to GymX at least 7 days before the desired cancellation date. However
   • Customers who cancel their membership voluntarily will not be eligible for any refunds or prorated refunds. c. Membership cancellation requests should be sent via email to [email address] or submitted in person at our facility.
4. Transfer Option: 
   • Memberships and packages purchased from GymX are transferable at cost of Rs. 500/-. They can be transferred to another individual..
5. Modifications and Updates: 
   • GymX reserves the right to modify or update this refund/cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. 
   • It is the responsibility of the customers to review this policy periodically to stay informed about any changes.

By using our services or purchasing a membership from GymX, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this refund and cancellation policy.
