At GymX, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers. We understand that situations may arise where refunds or cancellations are necessary. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making any purchase or membership commitment.
- Refunds:
- GymX has a strict no refund policy. However, in the event that an error occurs on our part, we will gladly process a refund to the customer’s bank account.
- If GymX acknowledges a mistake from our side, customers are eligible for a refund. Such cases will be handled on an individual basis, and refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.
- Customers must contact our customer support team at gymx.bauenad@gmail.com to report any errors or issues for consideration of a refund.
- Membership Cancellation by GymX:
- GymX reserves the right to cancel a customer’s membership if it deems fit. This may occur in cases of violation of our terms of service, disruptive behaviour, or non-compliance with our gym rules and regulations.
- In the event that a customer’s membership is cancelled by GymX, a refund will be processed on a pro-rata basis.
- Refunds for membership cancellations initiated by GymX will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 5-7 working days.
- Membership Cancellation by the Customer:
- If a customer wishes to cancel their membership voluntarily, they must provide a written notice to GymX at least 7 days before the desired cancellation date. However
- Customers who cancel their membership voluntarily will not be eligible for any refunds or prorated refunds. c. Membership cancellation requests should be sent via email to [email address] or submitted in person at our facility.
- Transfer Option:
- Memberships and packages purchased from GymX are transferable at cost of Rs. 500/-. They can be transferred to another individual..
- Modifications and Updates:
- GymX reserves the right to modify or update this refund/cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
- It is the responsibility of the customers to review this policy periodically to stay informed about any changes.
By using our services or purchasing a membership from GymX, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this refund and cancellation policy.
