Gym Annual Maintenance Contract Services

4.1 Scope of Services: GymX offers annual maintenance contracts for gyms. The specific services covered will be outlined in the contract agreed upon by both parties.

4.2 Payment: Payment for annual maintenance contracts must be made in accordance with the agreed terms. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

Gym Setup Consultation

5.1 Consultation Services: GymX provides consultation services for gym setup. The details and fees for these services will be discussed and agreed upon between the client and GymX.

5.2 Payment: Payment for gym setup consultation services must be made in accordance with the agreed terms. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership: All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the GymX website and services are the property of GymX or its licensors. You are not permitted to use, reproduce, or distribute any of this content without prior written authorization from GymX.

Limitation of Liability
