However, in the event that an error occurs on our part, we will gladly process a refund to the customer&#8217;s bank account.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If GymX acknowledges a mistake from our side, customers are eligible for a refund. Such cases will be handled on an individual basis, and refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customers must contact our customer support team at <\/span><b>gymx.bauenad@gmail.com<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to report any errors or issues for consideration of a refund.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Membership Cancellation by GymX:\u00a0<\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GymX reserves the right to cancel a customer&#8217;s membership if it deems fit. This may occur in cases of violation of our terms of service, disruptive behaviour, or non-compliance with our gym rules and regulations.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the event that a customer&#8217;s membership is cancelled by GymX, a refund will be processed on a pro-rata basis.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Refunds for membership cancellations initiated by GymX will be credited to the customer&#8217;s bank account within 5-7 working days.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Membership Cancellation by the Customer:\u00a0<\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If a customer wishes to cancel their membership voluntarily, they must provide a written notice to GymX at least 7 days before the desired cancellation date. However<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customers who cancel their membership voluntarily will not be eligible for any refunds or prorated refunds. c. Membership cancellation requests should be sent via email to [email address] or submitted in person at our facility.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transfer Option:\u00a0<\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Memberships and packages purchased from GymX are transferable at cost of Rs. 500\/-.
