Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gym Annual Maintenance Contract Services<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.1 Scope of Services: GymX offers annual maintenance contracts for gyms. The specific services covered will be outlined in the contract agreed upon by both parties.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.2 Payment: Payment for annual maintenance contracts must be made in accordance with the agreed terms. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gym Setup Consultation<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.1 Consultation Services: GymX provides consultation services for gym setup. The details and fees for these services will be discussed and agreed upon between the client and GymX.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.2 Payment: Payment for gym setup consultation services must be made in accordance with the agreed terms. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Intellectual Property<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.1 Ownership: All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the GymX website and services are the property of GymX or its licensors.
